Thanks everyone, except for Tucker. I will try my best to `suck it up`as Matt Sullivan said, this coming Saturday.
Hope my legs do not fall off, as I have a 28km run on Sunday. I am however carbing up by way off a sushi fest on Saturday afternoon with one of my old clients who is heading to Tuscon for some training with Cliff English and friends. That should help the run on Sunday right?
Kevin - I so agree. I seriously thought that it was just 6 weeks of that and then when I saw that we still are doing it x1 a week, I weeped.
The other Matt - thank you for your kind words.
Steve buddy - you are so right. Nice way of looking at it.

FTP = 179
120% = 1.2 x 179 = 215
65% = 0.65 x 179 = 116
80-85% = (0.80-0.85) x 179 = 143-152
95% = 0.95 x 179 = 170
Good luck on Saturday, I know I am not looking forward to pushing my watts but will suck it up as Matt says.
@B you are mucho strong so you will rock it! I'm not looking forward to my 16 miler either if it is any consolation...
Brenda,
Now you know Coach Rich is just enjoying this thread over a cup of coffee. Yes it sucks, enjoy the new FTP.
