2011 Endurance Nation Bike/Tri Kit -- OFFICIAL FIX INFO -- PLSE READ by 2/23/11

Folks, 

Coach P here intervening with what we hope will be a pretty solid fix for the current kit dilemma. Please read all of this to make sure you understand the how as well as to whether or not you can participate in this stage of the "fix."

How This Will Work

If you haven't seen the video above, then here you go. Everyone who is looking to have the kit they currently have swapped out can take the survey below to list all the things you are ready to GIVE UP. Once complete, you'll see a confirmation screen with a link to a second survey...this lists all the things you are looking to GET. You have until 2/23 to submit these, and then we'll take over and begin the process of matching givers and takers on a first-come/first-served basis. By 3/1 we'll be able to tell who is still lacking the proper kit, and we can then complete another order to make sure that everone has their kit by (hopefully) May. 

Who Shouldn't Participate

  • IF you have already found a fix with someone else, please complete that on your own...only submit what you _can't_ fix. 
  • If you bought two versions of kit of different sizes and want to sell the second, then please do so in the classified section AFTER 3/1/11.
  • If you have a pair of kit that fits but appears messed up, please don't offer to give it to someone else.  We need to work with you to get that fixed if possible.

Thanks for your patience and help in resolving this issue...it's definitely one of our biggest hurdles with a virtual Team, but I know we shall overcome!

  • holy crap, you guys should do some consulting with your Customer SERVICE skillz. I could list a ton of possible client if you need, start with "A" for Airline and work from there. I know its a lot of work but it a pretty darn good solution. GREAT job guys.


  • Not sure if this fits here, but I am a new member and went to order my singlet. The code that is posted to use indicates it is expired. Is there a new code or are newbies orders handled differently.

  •  I also haven't gotten my top yet. Hadn't been checking the forum for the issues because I was a late team member and figured i was at the bottom of the shipping pile. 

    I checked my CC and the charge went through on 1/20 for $14

  • David and Bryan: if you placed your order in January, we will receive that stuff in April and ship it out to you then. The uniform stuff you see flying around the forums now is for orders placed in October and shipped in early February.
