WKO screen choices
If this is in the Power Webinar or elsewhere in the haus let met know but I have been loading all the info up to WKO since the October OS start and haven't really looked at it to much. Are there some recommendations as to what screens to put up? Right now several are just blank.

My favorite is the Performance Management Chart. Others have said the Mean Maximal Power Curve is very useful, once rides get long enough, to start estimating power you can sustain over 6 hours on IM race day. And Power Distribution Last 28 Days is used by folks to get a rolling estimate of FTP.
Personally, I have not yet learned how to use any of the HR or run based charts.
OS
1) mean maximal power last 28 days - I'm usually looking at the 20 minute power, but during the VO2 phase, I might be looking at 5 minute or 1 minute a a surrogate
2) weekly totals for hours and TSS - mostly looking for trends, and steep changes (to watch out for times when I need increased rest)
- I don't use the performance manager chart in the OS, because i fundamentally believe that the metric for 'fatigue' on the chart is flawed for OS-style training.
In-season
1) mean maximal power distribution -changed to 5 watt bins, looking for the drop off that corresponds to FTP (keeps FTP testing to a minimum, but only works when you are riding outside, and preferably sometimes with a group)
2) performance manager chart - good idea of total workload that your body is experiencing, and how 'race-ready' you are after a taper.
What Mike said. I also run a chart that tracks my Peak60 power, by week. When my cycling volume gets up there I'll run a chart that tracks my Peak180 power, just because I like to set wattage goals for my long rides. I set the data channel for each of these to Normalized Power.
