Great Training Opportunities in Milwaukee Jan 30 and 31
How about doing your weekend OS workouts in the company of others and raise money for kids with cancer at the same time. The Great Lakes Multisport Cycling and Running Expo, which benefits kdis with cancer, is in Milwaukee on Sat Sun Jan 30 -31 and will have individual bike time trials and team time trials on CompuTrainers, swim analysis, run stuff including a 5k on that Sunday.

We could use a few gals (guys too) to be on the Racers Against Childhood Cancer (the Expo organizer) indoor team trial. You'll bike for 45 mins Saturday on CompuTrainer and will get a tech tee and water bottle, plus free entry to Expo plus the Expo good bag stuff. I'm going at 10:30a so if you are interested LMK and LMK what time you'd like to ride. What a great way to get in our Saturday morning bike.
