Weigh in 02/23

So I am back to workouts finally and my weight did not change this week, steady at 234.

  • I'm stuck in the same place too. Basically on mental "hold" until we get outside I think.
  • Funny, I am stuck as well, same as last week. At my heaviest too, but I'm not surprised. I will also blame the weather and perhaps eating a bit more then necessary!
  • My "No Chocolate" routine officially started yesterday when I tipped the scales at a portly 210# and my runs started to hurt my lower back...  190# here I come!   I'll add myself to the spreadsheet from home tonight...

  • Same here: no change from last week... and I'm THRILLED with that, after a disastrous weekend of drinking and eating, and drinking :}

    I'm kicking myself for what gains I might have been able to make, but for now I'm just glad I didn't go UP! Looking at a good week coming up. Hopefully make some progress.
  • Transition week after OOS and HM on Sunday. Taken the week off. Not even monitoring diet or weight this week. SOOOOO no weight to report.
