Super top secret bike hack??
I skipped ahead and listened to the podcast for week 9 of my OS plan. It mentions the bike hack for members only. Is that already baked into the workouts when I go to my training plan, or is it something separate? I didn't do it last year, so I don't know what it looks like. I really need those extra watts.

The knowledge gained from the hack has been added to the plans, its not the same, but similiar. I think that may just be an old video the coaches are reusing.

Yep...the 2.5' on/off stuff is a product of the Bike Hack. The BH is no longer a standalone dealio, it's automagically been incorporated into your plans.
