Super top secret bike hack??

I skipped ahead and listened to the podcast for week 9 of my OS plan.  It mentions the bike hack for members only.  Is that already baked into the workouts when I go to my training plan, or is it something separate?  I didn't do it last year, so I don't know what it looks like.  I really need those extra watts.

  • The knowledge gained from the hack has been added to the plans, its not the same, but similiar. I think that may just be an old video the coaches are reusing.

  • Some of those OS podcasts are from last year, I think. Like Hayes said, that bike hack knowledge has been applied for all of us to benefit from.
  • Yep; that podcast starts out, "This is Coach Patrick here with your 2010 video podcast introduction to week 9 ..." "Re-use, re-cycle..."

  • Yep...the 2.5' on/off stuff is a product of the Bike Hack. The BH is no longer a standalone dealio, it's automagically been incorporated into your plans.
