HIM plan

Yo, I'll be getting a HIM plan dropped in soon.  Is it posted somewhere what the workout sequence is, as in what workouts on what days?  I just want a general idea of how to plan the days and workouts.

  •  Not sure if every plan is the same but I am in HIM Intermediate. The sequence goes:

    M Run + Swim

    T Run (short sprints) + Swim

    W Bike (FTP) + Brick Run

    Th Long Run

    F Swim

    Sa Long Bike + Brick Run

    Su Bike (steady pace effort)

  • Thanks, been reading THE BOOK from the wiki too. Looks about the same!
  • Just go to your training plan and change it to the HIM plan and check it out. Once you're done just change it back to your old plan.
