Weigh In 03/02

We are now in to March and for me getting closer to race season while others are gearing up already.  I've seen a few switch over to the IM plans for Texas so it's time to start getting serious. 

I'm down 1 to 233.

  • Thanks Gordon for prodding us along! I've been on a bit of an eating rampage lately, but am getting it under control. I'm down to 176 from last week's food frenzied 179. Still a long way to go down to 163.

  • UP 2 lbs after a week off but hoping that the HIM plan will help that out quickly. Still need ,to drop 20-30 before race day.
  • Good week here. Down 1.5 from previous set point to 146.5 and 2.5 from last week, which was a bit hig. We'll see if it's real.

  • Thanks Gordon! I'm up .5 lbs after a week of vacation. I'd say that was minimal impact. Still within 2.5 lbs of race weight goal so I'm happy. These weekly weigh- ins sure keep me honest and on my toes!
