  • That is great news! My PF has improved after ESWT and about 5 weeks out from Boston I was able to start running long again w/o pain. Even after Boston, it hasn't flared up. I'd say I'm about 90% but still stretch, wear night splint, ice twice daily, stretch like crazy, get regular ART and massage and hope to be 100% for IMC!

  • @Jon - I finally shut it down when I have PF.  I also found that biking could cause some issues for me as well.  Make sure you look in to the issues or chances are it will just return.
