Weigh in 03/09
I thought that this week was going pretty good on the nutrition front but I have seen no results on the scale. I remained at 233 so I need to continue and even step up my efforts.

166lb and coming down steadily! At 3.90w/kg for my climbing TT this past weekend.
145ish seems to be my new set point - haven't been able to get much below it since I reached it back in August. But I seem to be seeing more ribs now, so there may be some body comp shift going on. Frankly, I'm not sure I can safely take off another 5 pounds from this point, but we'll see what happens when the race prep volume ramps up.
