Some of you might be new to the team and unaware of this Epic bike camp being planned as a great training event for those doing Lake Placid. Although not exclusively for LP athletes, the dates were picked with this race in mind. For the details, go to the Blue Ridge Parkway Group. Will be capping this camp to 12 riders, so if your interested, nows the time to get in.
