Bike Gearing Question

On the Wiki it recommends gearing of 50/34 and 25/12.  I am very limited on bike knowledge, but my bike has a 50/34 and 25/11.  Would anyone recommend going with the 25/12.

25-11 is fine, but 25-12 would be better. Just depends on how much $$ that switch would cost you and if it's worth it to you. The difference would be that you'll see less of a cadence gap in the 25-12 vs 25-11.
