Pain Cave Renovations -
Wanted to share how my pain cave turned out after the renovations. Some of you may recall that I was designing it around a new super secret training plan that I have been working on. Here is some video of it:

Why doesn't the giraffe have a TENS unit - looks like he could bulk up a bit.
