RR on Mem. Day weekend

Hello fellow Kansas 70.3 peeps.

I was thinking of "hosting" a RR on the Saturday of memorial day weekend. It would start and finish at Holiday Lake (near Brooklyn, IA). we can do an open water swim in the lake(with boat support) then a nice hilly 56+ mile ride and then a 4.5 (or 9) mile run around the lake. Finishing it all off with food and drinks at the house.

Before I start lining things up and checking on the swim thing, I thought I would see if anyone is game. It is a private lake, so I think I can get us in the water without a big hassle...

    Sounds like a fun time. I get back from vegas that friday so I am most likely out. My family has a cabin at Delhi though I don't think swimming is an option anymore.

    I will not be able to attend it but sounds like a great plan. Sorry but the weekend is so full its about ready to bursts at the seems.

    sounds fun, but my son is graduating from high school that weekend. Much more important than a RR
