HR drop
My bike bike training this off-season is HR based only...
I ahve noticed a significantly drop in HR over the last 4-6 weeks, meaning that I now struggle to get above FTP (179). This was previously fairly easy, but now I seem to really struggle to get it up there.. My Max is 201.
Anyone else experienced this...? is it good or bad? :-)
Nothing seem to have changed with the running HR's (although I mostly look at pace)
