I have seen some folks report on TSB that was in negative numbers. I know I have seen that in WKO, but never have understood what that represented. How is TSB calculated and what does it mean if you are "going" negative?

The simple way of looking at it is that TSB compares what you've been doing the last week or so to what you've been doing for the last 6 weeks or so. If more, then you're negative. If less, then you're positive. It's an exponential thing, so it's not QUITE that simple, but it's close. :-)
