Who has a TRX and what do you do with it?
Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in clubhouse/off-topic but what the hell, it's training related so here it is.
I know a few others have the system and was wondering does anyone have a good routine? Been getting in a rut with my boring one. Have checked out their website and youtube for ideas but can't seem to create a good workout that flows smoothly. So anyone have a good set?

Typically, I will do :30 sec to 1:00 min of each of
upright rows
chest press
lateral press
tri extention
bicep curls
bent arm rows
one leg quats
lunges
lateral lunges
hamstring curls/hip flexor
plank (forward and reverse)
crunches
That's it. Takes 20 min and I'm often gassed at the end. Still not brave enough to take the thing outside a hotel room or my own house *so far).

Love, love, love the TRX! Don't need anything else at the gym now. Been doing it for a couple years now, and my favorite workout is still the one I got from Todd Durkin when I first bought it.

I love mine. Three workouts I do are
1) the downloadable Jessi Stensland video that TRX sells (deceptively good stuff if you really listen to the cues)
2) the two workouts that Matt Dixon includes in his free trial of the 10k training plan on TrainingPeaks (go to trainingpeaks.com and find the Matt Dixon plans, they're in there, with videos)
I've been working on switching up a few things, because I also like adding TRX mountain-climbers in there, too.
