  • Have you guys ever tried this? It is awesome! Someone who knows something about nutrition, is it really actually healthy?

I would like to have it as a morning pre-workout snack and have toyed with trying to make it part of my bike nutrition plan...thoughts? My biggest hang-up is figuring out how to carry it.

  • I love the cereal, but when I tried it biking/running the cup of milk I added threw my stomach all out of wack.
  • Yeah, I meant I would carry it dry! LOL!
  • ha ha, I figured that. I tried as a pre-workout meal on big training days and while I loved it, the milk didn't love me.
  • It has become my go to breakfast item. I have two unopened boxes in the pantry right now.
  • I lived off of it for two weeks in Hawaii has they were giving it away at the expo. I enjoyed it but don't eat it nearly as much at home as it had a good bit more calories than most cereals. I pefer to have a large bowl of low calorie cereal than a small bowl of high calorie. I just feel more statisfied with the big bowl :-)
  • Seems like it would be hard to carry during training/racing because it would get crushed to teeny, tiny pieces. You could try a couple of baggies in a bento box?
