Progress from OS to HIM plan
Thought I would start another thread re: how the work progresses from OS to HIM training.
I took a 5-day transition after 16 wks of Dec OS and dropped straight into the last 6 weeks of intermediate HIM plan and a RR. That was a rude awakening to fit issues I was having with my bike, which the shorter more intense stuff, not in aero position, wasn't picking up.
Good news is the shift into swimming has been pretty easy and strength on run and biking is fine.
Trying a different set up for this week's long rides and have a 2 hr run tomorrow.
all and all feeling pretty good right now.

I am already feeling somewhat physically better, and am hoping to get to that chomping at the bit stage before I start up in earnest again.
