what to do while on vacation

Hi RnP!

I will be away the week of april 3th through april 9th and will only be able to run.  This is week 6 for me of the advanced outseason plan. i will be able to get the weekend workouts in and since i have mon and friday off and run on wed, i will only have to modify my tues and thurs bike workouts.  any suggestions on what i should instead of the scheduled bike workouts? 

Also, after week 8 of OS i am supposed to transition to the advanced half iron plan to end on june 5, Mooseman half IM.  how do i do this or will it be done for me and reflected in my plan when the time comes?
