i have been lookign around the EN site for something on swimming drills explained; please let know where this is at. thanks.

Interestingly it doesn't seem to be the same document that I downloaded at the beginning of the OS plan. That was called "Swim_Clinic_PDF_2008.pdf" and had a few more videos in it of Thorpe and Hackett along with some before and after videos of EN folks.

Try downloading the swim e-book located in the wiki. There are embedded video clips of Rich demonstrating some of the drills. It is categorized nicely into "position" and "'propulsion" drills.
