Transition

Coach's-

I start my 10 days of transition tomorrow Monday, April 18th.  I am in the middle of the 12 week intermediate HIM.  I have to be honest with myself and know I will not be able to do nothing.  For example I am really working on my swimming and wanted to continue to do all the prescribed swims.  Now about the bikes and runs what are your recommendations?

 

PS per the plan I sent you a few months ago this is when you had me doing my transition.  It reads to start Monday week 5 and pick it back up on Thursday of week 6 which is the long run and the weekend is a RR.
