Swim Workouts
I am new to structured swim workouts, when it says 2x50 (15") rest , does than mean swim 50 rest for 15 or does it mean swim 50 then swim another 50 then rest? Its is probable a stupid question but I could not find the answer,

It means you should swim 50, rest 15, and do the second 50. Same with the bike and run intervals.
