Is anyone doing this race?

I've been planning to do an Olympic local to me that weekend but started to look for something longer. Could also do the Olympic the next day. Would be good visit the NorCal sleeper cell .

Anyone?

probably a little too close to full vineman for me - especially since I've been sick for a couple of weeks. But I've done the OD four or five times, and they always put on a nice event. I actually didn't know the had a long course - must be new. I'll have to put it on the schedule for next year.

I have done SVIT Oly several times which is basically this course.  Just did a quick glance of the course and I may consider this.  The bike is frigging beautiful on the way back past Uvas reservoir, etc.  The run is along a walking/running path.  Some shade on the first out from/to the lake and back and then virtually no shade the second out and back on the other side of the lake.  

Lemme noodle this.  Will be a "for fun" event for me more than anything.

FYI, I'm going to race the local Olympic. Zero logistical footprint for me, very little training interuption, etc.
