scheduling question

hi all, I'm asking for input and opinions.  I'm doing a 20 week HIM plan.  The plan has the long run on Thursday, swim Friday and bike Sat.  and Sunday with a brick run Saturday. 

As it works for me, I'm doing the swim Thurs. and the long run Friday.  So I'm thinking of doing the long bike Sat. and moving the brick run to after the ABP ride.  Thoughts?  Really, I could do most anything Fri., Sat., and Sun.  but the swim has to stay Thursday, at least for a while.  Thanks, Kurt

  • That is fine. I would recommend always getting that long run in as early as possible on Friday morning, and trying to do the long bike later on Saturday if possible. You want as much time as possible between those two.
  • Need to separate long run and long bike by bat least 36 hours, preferably 48. I'd suggest long bike Sunday, and an easier bike on Saturday. The goal is to keep you strong for these workouts as well as next week!
