Hi... I'm new to EN and am still getting to know my way around the web page and this group caught my eye.
I suffered an injury in late August (flew off my bike and landed on my shoulder and face, spraining my ACJ)... that laid me out for a while, and I canceled my last OLY of the season and my fall marathon. Needless to say I've been watching my weight steadily climb this past few months... as I couldn't run or bike for 2 months (and haven't been in the pool at all - but I think I finally have the range of motion to give that a shot).
I officially start the OS plan next week (although I've been at it on my own about 6 weeks now - before I joined Team EN) and am very excited to finally be accountable to myself... with some support.
I saw something about a spreadsheet - please let me know how this works...

So sorry to hear about your accident. Glad you are healed up.
The weigh-ins help to keep us accountable through the holidays. Last year we dropped off in January once everyone was in OS. Who knows what will happen this time. I like it because it is the only reason I will get on a scale.
If you haven't already- post your bio in January group. I'll be there. We will all suffer and survive together.
