I love the run ninja! I got in 9 points on an easy 8 miler. Had to run whole thing in dark on wet, icy roads so no TP for me. Today I am doing the bike workout, so it will probably be a short run! Keep it up peeps!
Swamped Xmas day like everyone else, so I picked up the points by getting out the door first thing when it was the coldest! Had time for 3 miles, but it was 26 degrees = 9 points = 4 points. Whoops! Just re-read the rules and see it's only 1 point for under 32. I thought it was 1 point for EACH degree under 32. Nex time I'm waiting until it's 31. Dutifully changed my entry on the spreadsheet.
didn't want to run last night, but got out for 3 miles. checked the temp when i got home--34 degrees-damn it, missed a point!! i think i only did it because of coach P's request to make Mike suffer. somehow, other people's pain is my happiness.

Easy 4 mile brick after another OS sufferfest bike workout. Legs still sore from 5k vdot test on Weds. Nothing fancy and not cold enough, so 4 points it is.
