  • swim x3 this week. Making progress with position and form doing 3x1000's all pull. This afternoon went even better than Tuesday. Pace on the sets was 1:51; 1:49; 1:49. I find that with the longer sets and no real hard intervals I spend more time focusing on my form and seems to be working well for me.
  • Got mine done. Not much to report: 200, 300, 400, 300, 200 all at around 1:41-1:43 pace, then 8 x 50 w/25 easy then 25 hard on about :43 - :45 pace. I think I'm getting a little faster.
  • Plan says run 40... I swam 60... not always good at doing what I'm supposed to....
  • Race rehearsal swim today...bike and run tomorrow. Hope the weather holds out.
