EN Swim Workout Index Cards - Advanced Copy
CdA Teammates,
I have been working on putting the EN Swim Workouts for the 20-week IM (Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) Training Plan which can then be printed onto 3x5 index cards. Put the index card into a zip-lock snack bag and then take it to the pool with you. (I have been using mine for a while and it works great. I only keep a couple weeks of workouts in the snack bag and the rest in my workout bag.)
Note: I made some minor changes to the workouts such as trying to standardize the warm-up (either 400 or 500 y/m) and cool down (200 y/m) and fixed some of the fuzzy math.
To print, you need about 65 3x5 index cards (white, unlined works great). Load the index cards into the printer tray that accepts manual paper and envelopes and print the Word document. (If your printer will only accept one index card at a time, I would look for a different printer.)
I sent the workouts to Patrick but he is at Disney so during his absence I am offering them to the CdA group in hopes of getting some feedback.
