Wed bike

Did you guys check out our workout for this week, specifically Wednesday bike? Are we supposed to do the test, then go back out right after and do the 2nd part--and start with aย  warmup again?!?! Or, are we supposed to go back out again at another point during the day? I don't get it--help!

  • I interpreted it as doing one or the other - for anyone who wasn't doing the FTP test for whatever reason, do this other 75-minute bike workout instead. (Of course I ended up recovering from a cold today so did neither, just the brick run.)
