Holy cow...I'm so out of it, that I posted the following in the wrong group! >>
Hey guys and gals! I couldn't stand it any longer and started my IM program this week. Got in 200 miles on the bike, 40 miles running,11,800 yards swimming + 1 hour in the weight room. Great kick-off and I'm feeling it. I'm traveling the next 2 weeks so volume probably won't be as intense, but I'm planning a mega bike weekend over the Memorial Day weekend. My wife can't wait to go...any race I do overseas is an automatic SAU homerun.
BTW, I'm glad Robin is not in my age group...especially with that killer swim.
