The Week ??? Thread
Hey folks,
I "think" we are 16wks out? I just know that I had May 23rd as my "get serious about IMWI training" day on my calendar so...here I am!
My Week:
- Recovering from ToC, though I don't feel nearly as shelled after this camp as I have in the past. No mojo though on my ride today so will swim and run a little longer (6-7mi vs 3-4mi) later today.
- Didn't swim at all in May, too much travel, so want to get in 3-4x's this week.
- Only ran 2-3 times during ToC last week and that was a real struggle. Will run long on Thursday, about 1:30 very hilly.
- Putting my tri bike back together after hanging it up in the garage after IMCDA'08 and only touching it once since
. Compact, 165mm cranks, 25-12 cassette, new rear DR (stripped the old one for parts), saddle, chain, cables.
- Big riding this weekend. Between my tri club doing "PTCMan," this weekend, a climbing century on Saturday, Fred Gilbert likely coming up here from Long Beach on Friday, and another long run opportunity on Monday, should be a good weekend.
