Wanted - Soft Heart Rate monitor/strap for 310XT

 Hello all,

My HR monitor for my 310XT decided to quit working this past weekend.  If anybody has one that they no longer want or use, I will be happy to take it off your hands.

I did my long run with my old HR strap (from my 305) today ---- made me miss the 'soft' version.

PS - I tried replacing the battery on the unit.  No luck there.

    If you happen to have another strap from another device, you might want to try it out. I'm currently using a HR strap from my PowerTap device. But I'm thinking this is not the "soft" version.

    Unfortunately I have to use my old HR monitor for now.  If I can't find a new one locally, I will have to go the eBay route.  I am spoiled by the soft strap version that came with my 310XT.  It is *so* much more comfortable, especially on the run, than the old version.

    I guess Garmin was serious when they said to unsnap the electronics portion when rinsing and drying the strap.  A little bit of rust and -- bupkus on the HR.
