I put this over in 3.0 in the Ergomo thread as well.

Have you ever heard of adjusting your goal watts up or down based on your Ergomo offset? My offset is starting to read 2-3 points higher than usual ( of course, a week before AZ!!). Former ENr Colleen Capper told me that for each point up or down, to adjust my goal watts by 5 points. So if offset is 1 point higher then adjust goal watts down by 5 watts.



Any thoughts or experience with this? Thanks!
