Plans

Hi guys,

Are the plans taylor made to each athlete or pulled from your quantities of plans?  I believe I saw a link indicating things can be changed, but can workouts be changed from one day to the next or is that where the self coaching comes in.  There is alot of info and I'm by no means a computer whiz..with all the macro, micro, wiki..my head was swimming.  I understand that I would get 3 months at $29 then be billed $99 as a team member on month 4.

  • Jennifer, you can choose anyone of our many training plans. We then support you in modifying those plans via the Micro (short term, this week changes) and the Macro (long term, this month/year changes). It complicated on paper, simple in execution!
