Race Goals
Augusta Peeps. I need to get some EN mojo. So I figured I would put out an early goal for myself and start posting some workouts so you guys can hold me to it. I really want to go around 5:15 and see it like this. Swim = 30 Bike = 2:40 Run = 2:05. I posted a 5:45 last year. So it may be hard, but I think I can do it. Now it is out there, it is up to me to do the WORK. Chap.
