iPod Ready Bike Video i.e. Portable Pain Cave.
I have discovered sufferfest.com for bike training videos that I can transfer to my iPod. Sufferfest started free then recently began selling their workouts for about $9.90US. These videos do not follow EN workouts but it's nice to share the misery vicariously with other cyclists. These portable videos are also convenient as I frequently do my bike workouts on the YMCA spinners that don't have TVs. Does anyone have any other ideas for iPod bike workouts?
