How's it going??
You guys are so quiet. I'm training like a dog and wondering how everyone else is feeling? This year I'm trying a few new things. I'm taking my 12 week plan and splitting it as:
6 weeks EN (heavily modified)
1 week rest + Sprint Tri with my son
6 weeks EN (slightly modified)
So right now, I'm on week 5 of the EN advanced plan...very much looking forward to getting through the first six week block so I can get some serious recovery and then hammer for 3 more weeks, before pretty much following the plan exactly the last three weeks.
We are less than 2 months away...and I'm starting to get nervous which is normal for me because I know it's going to hurt. But I'm excited and looking forward to the adventure. Hope to hear from you guys cause there's a lot less team mojo when only a few folks are doing the race.
