Thanks for the analysis.  Helped me understand how better to use wko+ as well.

My "cadence" was slow, I think, because I don't have a cadence sensor, so my 310xt was picking up "cadence" from my powertap, which is really wheel rpm, not cadence.   Have to get the sensor before I start my next 12 week training cycle Monday!

As far as I know the Powertap should also be able to send cadence information to your Garmin. It can be off a little bit at times because it uses pulses in power to determine when your pedal stroke happens. I find that it is pretty accurate for me. Make sure you test that feature out before you buy new gear.
