Garmin connect upload to WKO

I am new to the Garmin thing having been a 30 year user of Polar.  My new watch loads to Garmin Connect, but I can not figure out how to then get the data to WKO (or the free TP which I can then load to WKO.)  Help?  Thanks.

In Garmin Connect go to the details screen of your workout. Click the export button on the top right and choose a format (I think I use tcx). You can then open that file in wko.
