Low speed fall on a gravel patch last weekend.  When carbon fails, it fails spectacularly.

    Oh, man, I'm glad the pictures are of the bars' failure, and not your bones. What's gonna replace it?

    In the short term, an Oval 700.  Long term plan will be to continue to use them after they have gone to a guy nearby who specializes in carbon bike repair.    Once i find a piece of equipment I like, I have a tough time replacing it!
