Screwed up test

Can't believe I did this, but I forgot to push the inteval button on the power meter after my 20  min warm-up  so the download shows the whole test. Any way i can pull out the test from reading a graph or something? My NP for the whole test including warm-up is up, so i can use that, but it sure would be nice to see what the actual number is.

  • If you're using WKO+ (which I highly recommend), you can cut and paste segments from the workout (in the graph screen) to make custom intervals.
  • No worries, click you mouse at the start of the first 20' and drag to the end of the second 20 minutes. The selected area should be 42 minutes. On the keyboard, CTRL - R will create a new interval of the 42 minute selection. The NP of this new interval is your FTP.
