The PMC - Here is mine.... what does yours look like?

These past few weeks have been a study of fatigue for me.   I have been tetering on the edge of overrtrianing but have been smart about standing down as needed to avoid blowing up or injury.  Seems like others have made similar comments so I thought it might be useful to start a thread for posting PMCs.   Not sure who else will be willing to share if any, but it may be interesting to see a bunch all in one spot.

    try this....

  • That looks pretty good to me...I think you are ready. If I only remembered to download my stuff.... image
  • Steve, if you can tell me the steps to put this thing in Flickr, I do mine. Looks like your trained up pretty well.
  • @ Dave - the PITA part is getting the ALT-PrintScreen saved as a jpg. I used an open sourse app called GIMP. Then uploaded it to my free Flickr account. Any public space will do, just need a place with a valid URL.

Maybe the easy way would be to move the thread (start a new one) in Power & Pace. We can paste screen shots directly over there but not in the Group areas. Do you think others would put up thier laundry for show and tell?
  • Don't know, I'll give it a shot. Thanks
  • no computer expert here Steve, I tried to copy and paste the chart into a new topic in power/pace. I opened WKO to the chart, hit CTRL Ptrsc, then went to the topic and tried to right click paste and nothing happens. What am I missing? This works well to copy to a word doc, maybe I'll just attach that file Thanks

Bike and run data only, starting at the November OS. There are two big dips - one in January where I got sick for about a week, followed by a weeklong backpacking/climbing trip in the Adirondacks (some TSS then for sure, but not reflected in chart). Next dip is a two week layoff after the OS following a half marathon. Good progress since then, including the Quassy HIM, Lake Placid rally, etc. I'm surprised to see how much the TSB has bounced back already. And I did feel great on the brick run this morning. I don't think I'll be too rested though...
  • I should add that last week I was in the same boat as you Steve - wiped out and feeling like I was on the razors edge of injury. Been getting to bed by 9:30 the last two weeks and feeling better and better now. Other than minor aches and pains still. I think the fatigue is fading.
