3 Weeks Left
With three weeks left how is everyone doing with their preparation? I am going to back off on the swimming and accept where I am for now and get to work on some running (I'm weak there always and particularly right now) but promise to improve that Boulder Peak pace that I experienced Sunday. Bike test done today in the wind and hills in Colorado Springs so I am dialed in for the bike and getting pumped. I let this event get in my head and dropped after the swim last year so I am coming looking to lose some demons!
