Confused about Bike RR
Hi!
Even though I have been through this before I am confused. My En Power Racing Calculator says Gear 1 for 0-.5 hours then Gear 2. Patricks video for this week says first 30 miles (1.5 hours) at Gear 1 then Gear 2. Am I missing something? (as I freak out before my RR)
As I am searching around the link to the 4 Keys states:
The Bike: JRA (Just Ride Along) for about 45-60'. Then shift from JRA to Easy (5:45+ should split) to Steady (sub 5:45 should split).
My bad for not clearing this up in my head 10 minutes before I head out! DOH!

I am assuming you are doing a 70.3 RR, right? If that is right, then the first 30" is an easy and settling-in kind of pace.
You're good to go.
