How did everyone do?
I got in 109 miles with 5000 feet on 225W in 5:31, then 6 miles in 49:20. I felt about as good as I could have hoped for, considering I ran 18 miles on Thursday. I took in 14 pounds of fluid and still lost 6 lbs. 200 cal/hour on the bike and nothing on the run.
