How to get HIM results into excel

I'm trying to get the Racine 70.3 results into a spreadsheet to do some analysis. I can select and manually copy/paste but can only get 100 rows at a time (and realistically only ~30 because my screen is only big enough to see ~30 rows at once). Has anyone done this before and can recommend a workaround?

I'm pretty jazzed that when pasting in the time format seems to be intact (unlike some Garmin Connect fields that do not paste well...).

I was able to copy my entire AG from Muncie - like 197 rows at one time...

 

EDIT - Realized now Muncie used onlineracersults.com -- that is the difference...
