Help with choosing a Marathon training plan
Just finished up IMLP, took this week off completely, feeling pretty good. Doing and Oly 9/11 and decided I would like to do Richmond Marathon on 11/12 which gives me another week or so before starting some sort of 12-13 week marathon plan. What has everyone used as a plan? Any suggestions appreciated.

+1 on Coach P....but also the Hanson Plans are similar in nature to EN...three key workouts/week with a focus on work over mileage...have you run Richmond before? I think the course is hilly but others disagree. I had a tough race there in 2009. Good Luck.
