Flashing the EN Gang Sign
Mikes Run Challenge Video and Cary's Acronym Thread combined made me realize we have a lot of noobs who may not know what the heck the EN Gang sign is or how to flash it. So I thought I'd post this thread which contains the 2 methods (one for still shots, the other for live appearances) so you all can start practicing! Seriously, it's harder than it looks! Especially at Mile 18!!!!!

Can't have an EN Gangsta Sign page without my 82 year old mother and 94 year old aunt showing some love for the team! For those that don't know, I got this pic emailed to me like 2 days before IM CdA this year. Made me smile through the rough patches that day! I am giggling right now!
John! You have got to make a T-Shirt with your Mom and Aunt on it flashing the EN Gang Sign! It is just as classic now as when you first showed us that pic! LOVE IT!
