Training Post IMWI Camp
Priority: get back on track for your schedule long run, and 2 x long bikes.
Do your smart guy/gal thing do so that you hit your scheduled long(est) bike and long run this week or this weekend. Some of you may be able to do the scheduled long run on Thursday. Some may need to roll that to Friday, or even Saturday.
My advice is to take it very easy today and Wednesday, with the priority to get back on track in time to do the scheduled long run on Thursday. That said, the volume of the Thurs long run has priority over whatever scheduled intensity we have for the Thurs long run. For example, you may find you can mail in a 2:xx run (Z1-2 only), but can't do any sexy interval stuff during the run. That's fine, just mail in the scheduled volume.
Between races you did before the camp, the amount of fatigue you carried into the camp, what you did during the camp and your travel to/from the camp...I think everyone is pretty different at this point...
